Well-maintained facilities throughout the hotel.

My experience was quite disappointing. The air conditioning in my room took forever to cool down and the overall cleanliness was not up to par. I found stains on the couch and noticed mold in the bathroom, which made my stay uncomfortable. Additionally, I felt disheartened that I wasn't eligible for Radisson rewards just because I booked via a third-party site.

The hotel's location was excellent, particularly if you need to visit areas near Goregaon. However, the experience was marred by several issues. the staff exhibited a lack of training, leading to poor service throughout the property. Room quality was disappointing, with old air conditioning and several maintenance issues, including water seepage in the bathroom. Additionally, strong air freshener scents were overwhelming, resulting in discomfort during my stay.

This place suits me perfectly. With excellent wi-fi, a fitness center, and responsive 24-hour reception, I have everything I need. The staff helped serve my elderly parents during my first stay, which I will always remember. I'm coming back for Easter!

I had a wonderful experience during my stay! The staff was incredibly attentive, especially the team at the restaurant who made sure I was well-fed and comfortable. I appreciated the cleanliness of my Superior Double Room and the refreshing filter coffee during breakfast. However, the breakfast area could get quite busy at peak times, making it a bit chaotic.

The room was spacious and well-suited for our needs, and we really enjoyed the breakfast spread, especially the live dosa station, which was a hit with the kids. So I really liked the staff, they were super helpful, esp the IT guy who sorted my internet issue right away. The food was great too, especially the in-room breakfast. But man, that check-out confusion was a real bummer. Wish they could've handled the billing a bit better.

the hotel is clean and offers great breakfast options while being conveniently close to InOrbit Mall, making it easy to enjoy a weekend stroll, and Budh Vihar Temple is also just a short walk away where you can relax and take in the serene views.
